I usually surface around seven o'clock, though the exact time varies a little depending on the day. After a fairly quick breakfast, I get ready and head off to work. I also try to squeeze in a short walk during my lunch break, weather permitting. In the evening, I like to unwind at home, often with a book or some music playing. That's roughly the shape of my typical day.
