I usually surface around seven o'clock, though the exact time tends to shift depending on the day. After a fairly quick breakfast, I get ready and head off to work, more or less on autopilot by that point. I also try to fit in a short walk during my lunch break, weather permitting, which helps break up the day. In the evening, I like to unwind at home, often with a book or some music playing in the background. That's roughly how my typical day tends to unfold.
