Hi, my name is Ali, and I am a twenty-six-year-old primary school teacher who grew up in London and has lived in Manchester for the past two years. I was named 'Teacher of the Year' at my school last year, and I helped design a new reading programme that raised test scores. I also completed my first half marathon two years ago. I saved enough to put a deposit down on a flat too. Also, I am proudest of the students who come back years later to say thank you. I hope you enjoyed learning a little about me.
