Introducing Your Degree - C1

Good afternoon, I'm Sara — a twenty-year-old Business Management student at the University of Leeds, originally from Bradford. To give you a sense of who I am, I am studying for a BSc in Business Management, and, notably, I am in the second of three years. Beyond the obvious, I have modules ranging from marketing to organisational behaviour. At the same time, I completed a placement module at a small local retailer last year, particularly when other demands make that harder than it sounds. If there's a thread running through all of this, it's probably that I will choose a specialism, likely marketing, in my final year. In many ways, what defines me has less to do with any single fact and more to do with how a broad degree in the early years gives you room to discover what you're actually good at.
