Introducing Yourself as a Student - C1

Good afternoon, I'm Sara — a twenty-year-old Business Management student at the University of Leeds, originally from Bradford. To give you a sense of who I am, I am in my second year of a Business Management degree, and, notably, I chose the course because I've always wanted to run my own business one day. Beyond the obvious, I balance lectures with a part-time job in a coffee shop. At the same time, I am part of the university's entrepreneurship society, particularly when other demands make that harder than it sounds. If there's a thread running through all of this, it's probably that I still commute home to Bradford most weekends. In many ways, what defines me has less to do with any single fact and more to do with how being a student is as much about learning to manage time as it is about the subject itself.
