Good morning, everyone. I'm James — as of today, I'll be leading this team. I've spent the last five years in marketing, largely centred on social media campaigns. I'm genuinely keen to get to know each of you individually, rather than simply as a group, so I'll make a point of speaking with everyone properly over the coming weeks. Beyond that, my door remains open, whether it's a question, a concern, or an idea worth raising. I'm genuinely looking forward to what I suspect we can achieve together.
