Hi, do you have a moment to talk sometime this week? I've genuinely enjoyed my time on this team over the past year or so now. I feel ready to take on considerably more responsibility at this stage in my career. Beyond simply feeling ready, I've also taken on extra projects recently that I think reflect that readiness. I would like to discuss the possibility of a promotion, if that's something we could reasonably explore together.
