Good afternoon, everyone. Our next speaker today is Dr. Patel, who I suspect needs very little introduction. She has worked in medicine for over twenty years, most of that time right here in our community. Besides her clinical work, she has also helped train the next generation of doctors. Please join me in giving her a warm round of applause. Dr. Patel, the floor is yours.
