I usually wake up around seven o'clock, though it depends a little on the day. After a quick breakfast, I get ready and head off to work. Besides work, I try to fit in a short walk during my lunch break. In the evening, I like to relax at home, often with a book or some music. That's basically the shape of my typical day.
